Our bangle bracelets should be worn every day to serve the promise of their purpose. However, if you prefer wearing them on occasions, or you simply can’t have them on your wrist while working, we recommend handling the bracelet gently when fitting them to the wrist.

Depending on your wrist size, we suggest choosing the next size up if you wear your bracelet occasionally. It’ll be easier to fit it on, especially if it needs to be forced open/closed.

If your bracelet doesn’t slide from your hand to your wrist, enlarge it by gently pulling the ends outwards to make it bigger. To close it around your wrist, bend the ends inwards. Try and use the palm of your hand and thumb to support the center while adjusting the tips bit by bit.

The ends of the bracelet should have a gap in between of about 5mm to restore the bracelet’s frequency and ensure functionality.

To clean, wipe with a soft cloth.

Questonda Braid bracelets can be worn in the shower, and to exercise. Avoid contact with strong chemicals, such as detergent, bleach, perfume, etc. Store in a jewelry box or soft cloth.

Do not wear them in hot tubs, swimming pools, or at the beach. Your personal pH balance may with time alter your jewelry.

You can wear each piece for 24 hours straight, never worrying about contraindications or side effects and simply replacing the jewels at least once a year to keep the magnetic field strong.

Exchanges may be applied to jewels that have been received damaged (with the exceptions for discontinued items or customized items). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items must be returned with original product packaging intact, otherwise, they are non-refundable and will not receive a refund.
